Startup Ladies Night is a monthly social connecting women in Vancouver's startup community over wine!
Whether you’re new to the industry or a startup veteran, this is your opportunity to connect with other women in the entrepreneurial / tech community in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
Join us at our next event on Tuesday, February 21, at the Launch Academy Kitchen.
Theme: "Championing other women in the workplace"
When did another woman go out of her way to support you in a career move? Have you ever had another woman advocate on your behalf? Sponsor you? Champion one of your initiatives? Bring your stories about how other woman have raised you higher, and how you hope to support other woman in the workplace.
Wine and mingling starts at 5:30pm, and we kick off the roundtable at 6:30pm.
Agenda:
Wine down — This is your time to find an event buddy, vent among friends, find teammates or just hang out by the wine.
Light Roundtable Discussion — All attendees can choose to share personal and professional experiences, failures, and resources on our monthly theme. (Prefer to just listen? That's cool too.) Our theme for February is "championing other women in the workplace"
Community Open-Mic — Hiring? Looking for specific contacts? Here's your opportunity for 30-secs of shameless self-promotion.
Startup Ladies Night is a free, volunteer-run event dedicated to celebrating startup women, including founders, team members, and aspiring entrepreneurs. We adhere to broad and inclusive definitions of both 'startup' and 'woman'.
Spots are limited, so registration is required.
