Chin Hing Chang is the Program Manager at Spring. Chin wants to change the world, and he believes that the best way to do that is to develop and empower other leaders to make a sustainable and meaningful change. A serial entrepreneur with a background in sales and operations, and formerly an award-winning sales manager at WIND and Bell, Chin currently manages partner and mentor relationships, provides consultation for entrepreneurs, and is leading the global expansion of Spring’s programs.
