Join an intimate circle of women for a journey toward self-healing through written expression. The day-long Retreat will be held at a private venue near Victoria Drive + 40th and at beautiful Trout Lake Park.
The Retreat will include a check-in; guided visualizations; inspiring writing prompts; exercises to invite us to connect to the creative, the divine and ourselves through writing; optional sharing of work; an intro to energy healing; and dialogue. No writing experience required!
Women are invited to bring a picnic lunch; a blanket to sit on; a notebook and writing utensil/laptop; and five minutes’ worth of writing to share in a non-critical, listening circle.

Author Marn Norwich fuses over 20 years of professional experience as a writing workshop facilitator, writer, editor and intuitive energy therapist.
The Women’s Writing as Healing Retreat is designed to empower women to connect with their creative selves and inner knowing while giving and receiving support in a safe, welcoming environment.

In the event of an emergency Retreat cancelation, you will be refunded.
The Women’s Writing as Healing workshop series is an ongoing four-month program. Sessions do not need to be taken in sequence, and drop-ins are welcome. The series is currently offered on Monday evenings through July at a private venue at 40 + Victoria Drive, with fees as follows.
Reserve your seat for eight workshops (16 hours) at a $20 discount: $320 - $20 + GST= $315
Reserve your seat for four workshops (8 hours) at a $10 discount: $160 - 10 + GST = $157.50
A la carte sessions are available for $40 + GST = $42.00
