Love the outdoors, but want to take it slow? This group is for people who love the outdoors but want to take it down a notch. For hikes, long walks at a strolling pace and swims out in the lake with some buddies in the summer time at a social pace, any outdoor activity really. We're not in a race, but still want to exercise in nature in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. :) Great way to lose weight without "overdoing" it.
Remember! This is YOUR group if you are interested in an event you are encouraged to be a group organizer! Or at least offer suggestions. :) Any level of participation is welcome.

About 9 km, 2-3 hrs.
Best to wear running shoes.
