Eat Right for Your Eye Color Type
Have you ever considered how the color of your eyes (blue, green or brown) can denote the type of foods you should eat? Well it sure does! Iridology and nutrition work hand in hand and are powerful tools for keeping us healthy. Iridology (the study of the iris of the eye) tells us what our genetic footprints are; where our strengths lie and what deficiencies we might incur. Proper nutrition gives us the means to correct deficiencies and enhance our strengths for optimum health, well-being and beauty.
Join Nina Curtis as she presents and prepares whole plant based foods that you should eat to enhance your health based on the color of your eyes.
This session promises to be an ‘eye opener’!
