-posted by Erica S.- We (Karuna For Animals) are super excited to announce the location of our very first Vegan Family Play Date! So hoping you'll join us at my son's favorite place in the whole world, Tumbling Tunes in East Northport. His teacher, Miss Kerry, has generously offered us the use of the space for our play date on Saturday, March 30th at 12:15. The cost is $10/child for one hour. The kids (ages 1.5 - 7 years old) will have the opportunity to run and play in a safe space and be led through fun and challenging obstacle courses. Miss Kerry will be there to ensure their safety and enjoyment. But please do note that a parent or guardian will need to stay on the premises with their child(ren) for the full hour. Registration is required. Please use the form on our website to do so: https://www.karunaforanimals.com/vegan-family-play-dates.html. *Please note that your attendance is not confirmed, and therefore your child's space will not be saved, if you do not use the form on our website to register. If you have any questions do feel free to email [masked].

-posted by Jennifer G. for Wendy D. - Wendy writes, "Gather with us at the Whole Foods in Lake Grove on the 3rd Monday of each month. Shopping and schmoozing with your friends. We don't have an official organizer so the 'rules' are that the first person there pushes some tables together and is ready to greet the next person that shows up. In this case RSVP's are very appreciated so that we have some clue about setting up the tables. We have had 20 people and we have had 5."
