What does Vegan Spirituality mean to you?

Conscious awareness of how our consumption patterns affect other beings and our environment, and practicing to maintain a lifestyle of compassion.

How do you practice Vegan Spirituality?

As a practicing yogic I apply the principle of Ahimsa (non-harming) to my daily life. I also try to educate others on this practice.

What drew you to this group?

I was looking for yoga groups as well as vegan groups in the area of Los Angeles (where I am moving to) and thought this a perfect mix of both!

What would you like to experience as part of this group? (support, community, comradery)

Guidance, support, and community.

What discussion topics interest you?

Animal rights, animal activism

I am a recent graduate of Harvard College (where I was the Vice President of the Vegetarian Society) and a current yoga teacher in Boston. I am moving back home to Los Angeles and look forward to meeting up with like minded people!
