This is an informal peer-moderated group that meets to listen to Mindfulness and Buddhist-inspired teaching by podcast or selected readings. Following the presentation there will be a 20-minute meditation session and an opportunity to discuss the presentation over tea and a light snack. Please feel free to bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion, if desired, otherwise chairs are provided. Also please consider a $1.25 donation to help cover the cost of use of the room and refreshments. All are welcome to attend.
