And we will carpool from there to North Loop Trailhead.

=== Route / Bailout options ===

We will start from Northloop Trailhead. Take Northloop Trail to the Raintree.

Then down to Mummy Springs. Scramble up to the Mummy's Toe and comes back down to Mummy Springs.

From there, we take an off trail hike down to Deer Creek back to Northloop trailhead.

If you can't keep up with group pace, you can wait us at the Mummy Springs and we will pick you up on the way down.

=== Hiking Pace ===
We will hike moderate pace and take a break every mile or less.

Since this is not a trail hike, I don't recommend for beginner/slow hikers.

=== Gear ===
Bring lots of water and snack. We will stop for a while at the top of Mummy's Toe for enojoying the view.

Even its middle of August, we are going to hike 10,000 ft+ elevation. The Temperature up there will be 25-30 degrees cooler than City. So, please bring light jacket/wind breaker.
Also, it is monsoon season. You MUST bring poncho/rain gear.

Trekking pole or hiking stick will helps you a lot. Please bring it if you have one.
We will do some class 3 scramble for couple of times. Those rocks at Spring Mtn. Range are Lime stone and very sharp. You may easily cut your hand with rocks without gloves.

Please bring hat, sunglass, sunscreen.

NO kids, NO dogs and NO cats please !

E-mail me or call me if you have any questions about this hike.
