From starters to Partik Baboumian, anyone who is looking to increase their fitness/strength and lift weights. Whether you're vegan or vegetarian, or looking to make the transition, this group is for you! VERY open to anyone who is looking to combine their vegan/vegetarian diet and increase their fitness (particularly by lifting weights). We can have ad-hoc meetups (atleast monthly) both social and in the gym #gains. This group is for both men and women.
