This Meetup is for anyone interested in plant-based nutrition. We will discuss plant-based nutrition books, do screenings for newly-released documentaries in the plant-based movement, swap vegetarian and vegan recipes, and network with positive, like-minded people who want to get healthy, lose weight and heal the planet by taking personal responsibility for our health.
We will learn the healthy approach to wellness and weight loss by studying popular plant-based programs such as Forks Over Knives, Eat to Live, The Daniel Plan and others. We will exchange plant-based recipes, have plant-based pitch-ins, and stay in touch between meetups on a private Facebook group.
