Tom Walsham is Director of Product Development at The Working Group (http://www.theworkinggroup.ca/) - a Web and Mobile development shop dedicated to producing user-centric software through utilization of Lean principles and Agile development. In addition, as Chief Email Herder at PostageApp (http://postageapp.com/) he has ongoing practical experience in managing a fast-growth SaaS product offering, as well as using Postage as a test bed for ideas and implementation of Lean Product Development.

Over the past decade working in tech, his career has led from the blinkenlights of systems administration, through software development, and ultimately into Lean-focused product management working at and with startups on product development, metrics and marketing. Previously Tom has held roles in Product Management for Bookmark.com - a browser synchronization startup - and worked extensively in email and online marketing.
