Winning Loyal Customers Customers Only Want Two Things!
As you strive to build your company, customer service and care is the greatest tool you have for creating friends and loyal customers for life. The goal is to not just create satisfied customers, but LOYAL customers (and there is a BIG difference between the two!) In this fast-paced introductory hour you will learn high-impact techniques and tools for meeting the needs of your valued customers. As Walt Disney once said, “We will do what we do so well that the people who see us will want to see us again and bring friends.”
Our Veteran’s Business Resource Center is delighted to welcome J. Lynn Jones from VisionBound International, to present this powerful introductory workshop.
You will learn:
- The two great needs of every customer and how to meet those needs - How to assess our customer’s needs and feelings - How we treat each other in our staff is a critical key to customer service - And many “hot tips” for delivering unforgettable service to those you serve.
