This group is for individuals who are not only looking to embark on or are already embarking on their fitness journey, but also for those looking to be apart of a community. With this group, I am looking to host workouts as well as other events such as brunch, dinner, weekend outings, doing volunteer work to give back, and maybe even some trips together. I’m all about exercise and getting your physical health in order, but a concern of mine is also the mental health of others. We tend to forget about the mental health side and its importance. With that being said, I also would like to incorporate some hiking, yoga, and meditation into this group as well in hopes of getting some yoga instructors on board. So whether you’re a fitness coach like me, a teacher, healthcare worker, or anything else in between, this group is for you. I want to collaborate with other fitness professionals and build this thing up. It’s all about building a community! So let’s vibe together, sweat together, create together, and most importantly have FUN together!
