Women's Only Run Meetup at MEC

MEC Women's Only Run Meetup happens every Thursday at 5:30pm. The pace is moderate to slow depending on consensus of the group. The run is 5-6.5kms at about 6min30sec per km. We will be there with reflectors and headlamps. Look forward to meeting you!
