If you've never been to a Brinker Toastmasters meeting, we'd love to meet you!

Our Meetup group is now 155 members strong; however, we'd like to put faces with names. Join our next Brinker Toastmasters meeting on second and fourth Saturday of every month, in Vienna, VA. In exchange for about an hour and a half of your time, you'll get an opportunity to hear some great speeches and observe helpful group feedback; socialize with a warm, kind, and dedicated bunch of people; and maybe even try your hand at an impromptu response to our Table Topics!

FYI - When you get to the building, you will need to press the silver button to the right of the door. Let the security person who responds to you, know that you are there for the Toastmasters meeting.

In short, we're all here to learn and grow, and invite you to join us on our journey of personal development--you'll have a lot of fun while you're doing it.

We hope to see you at our next meet up at 9:15 AM for a prompt 9:30 AM start!

Brinker Toastmasters, a member of Toastmasters International, has been active in Vienna, VA since 1998. We're a welcoming, supportive and friendly bunch, who provide spot-on constructive feedback for those wishing to improve their speaking and leadership skills.

Why did I join? I joined after being called on in a meeting at work, and I was so nervous my voice came out as a squeak, and I turned beet red!

Since becoming a member in November 2015, I've become much more confident about speaking up in groups and I’ve learned to just roll with the mistakes and keep on smiling.

Why should you join? If you've made it this far, then I'd bet there's something you'd like to improve about your communication skills, be it learning to conquer jittery nerves or developing charisma. Toastmasters has a highly organized, effective method for becoming a better speaker and leader: We work from books with engaging and well explained assignments. You set the pace, but as the old adage goes, "You get out what you put in."

So, what better way to spend a Saturday morning than investing in your personal development and self-confidence?

See you there!
