New to sound healing journeys? A sound healing journey is a meditation practice in which the participants find themselves in a comfortable position either seated or laying down while a practitioner plays various instruments & chants emitting specific frequencies & sounds that assist in the healing process.
The vibrations of sound healing can be productive in supporting the nervous system, calming anxiety, depression, as well as improving sleep, reducing pain as well as promoting overall wellness.
There is no skill level required to attend these events. Whether this is your first sound healing journey or you are an avid sound healing attendee, there is always something new for you to experience. This practice is intended to be deeply transformative, leaving you with a feeling of peacefulness, calm & introspection.
