A fellowship of friends who are interested in supporting each other to live a healthy and peaceful life.
Delicious vegetarian recipes are shared at the cooking classes and tips on how to continue to keep up with the market on eating healthy and preparing healthy vegetarian food for ourselves and our loved ones.
We meet and support each other as we enjoy Meditating together for a peaceful life. Nothing beats meditation when it comes to living a life of peace and harmony with ourselves and others.
We do yoga to help ease out the tension in our bodies which helps the energy flow a little better which brings us the gift of health and a feeling of wellbeing.
Occasionally we will meet to enjoy a special retreat at the Science of Spirituality Meditation Center in Bowling Green VA.
