What we're about

Welcome biocatalysis and protein engineering enthusiasts!

If you are interested in the latest advances in biocatalysis and protein engineering and you would like to gain more insights into how enzymes and directed evolution are transforming our word, this is the place for you.

Every month you can join us for a virtual webinars where 4 early-career scientists from academia and industry present rapid-fire talks on their latest research: from protein design to industrial-scale synthesis. You can join us in person if possible or on one of our live streams.

Our past presenters included scientists from Pfizer, AbbVie, Innosyn, Caltech, ETH Zurich, University of Graz, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, University of Washington, UCLA, Scripps Institute, and many more.

You can watch our previous events on our youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCgfBoyOhL2n6RxHzy5xZSg/videos

The talks are co-organized by Alison Narayan (University of Michigan), Anthony Green (University of Manchester), Ania Fryszkowska, and Andrew Owens (Merck & Co, Inc).
We look forward to seeing you there!

Because this is a virtual event, we will be sending out the login details the day before the event.
