Everyone is talking about cloud, but not many are doing anything - at least not in terms of IaaS or PaaS. We know some of the reasons, and we'll share what our data shows. But - we really want to hear your thoughts, so we'll ask you all to share your thoughts on cloud or on-prem strategy.
