'Visualizing the user perspective' by Lone Ørum F. When: May 27,[masked]:00 CET - 18:30 CET --
After a 2-month lull in the meetup activities that we took to re-energize and recuperate from the isolation fatigue caused by COVID, we are returning with our monthly meetups. With the come-back, we will see the change to the format. First of all, the duration will be 1.5 hours instead of 3 hours like we did before, and second, we will employ the structure of three thirds - 1/3 for the guest talk followed by 1/3 Q&A and ad-hoc discussion, kindled by the talk and in the end, 1/3 dedicated to practicing and playing visual games together.
We have looked back at our events and carefully studied your feedback we appreciate it so much and we can clearly see the following pattern emerge - you value the community events for the top three reasons:
1. It allows you to learn something new every time we meet. 2. You feel energized and supported. 3. You like that we get to do things together.
That said, we hope that the new format will allow us to reinforce these three values that meetups create. A shorter version will make it easier to attend and will keep the energy high. A valuable feature talk by our amazing guests will keep your curiosity pleased and we will make sure that we get enough time together to practice and play.
Can't wait to meet you all again!
1/3 - 'Visualizing the user perspective' by Lone Ørum F. Lone Ørum is a Senior UX designer. The U in User Experience is her fuel. She is all about creating digital user-centric solutions and solving real customer problems. She is a big advocate for user involvement right from the start and throughout the development process. Lone is also the designer of all the wonderfully colorful graphics for UX Copenhagen® 2021! We met with Lone at UX Copenhagen this year when she spoke on the topic of 'fake doors' and pretotyping. From her, I learned about the amazing Alberto Savoia, the author of 'The Right It' book. Lone strikes the audience with the way she uses visuals to convey her story and she is going to share some of her magic with us!
