Overall concept:

The goal of the meetup is to cocreate – draw together, learn something new – by sharing with each other and by presenting useful tips and tricks that will help everyone become a tiny bit better and to have fun!

The agenda of the meet-up:

We have three full hours 16:00 to 19:00.
The first two hours are dedicated to practicing together and learning from each other.
The last hour - knowledge sharing via demos or presentations followed by informal socializing.

16:00 - 18:00

• Warm-up - we seem to have developed our unique thing - the random postit wall. Let's create another random postit wall as a warm-up starter of the meetup. The first time we were drawing purely random stuff, the 2nd time we were drawing people. This time the topic will be our planet is our only home.

• Tell a story in 6 postits game. We will play a game where people will break down in pairs and challenge each other to tell a visual story with just 6 postits. There will be extra limitations announced on the day. To keep the element of surprise.

• Solve a visual explanation challenge. We will break down in small groups. Say 2-3 people in each and the groups will be challenged to solve visual puzzles. We have collected the ideas from the community, and here are some ideas so far:

-- Visualize an MVP - something better than skateboards and cars.
-- Visualize agile manifesto values and principles.
-- -Visualize "Culture", as the culture at a company ?
-- Visualize "Impediment", as something that is prohibiting progress?
-- Visualize "Metrics", as a way of measuring progress.
-- Visualize "Principles", that are guiding our decisions.
-- Visualize "Mindset", as a way of thinking and seeing the surroundings.
-- Something else that we could come up with on the day or you might think about it now and bring your ideas to the group.
-- How to visualise "cultural differences", as in work situation?
-- How to visualise "resistance to change", after awareness training?
-- How to visualise "lack of understanding", when implementing changes?
-- How to visualise "lack of resources", when implementing changes?
-- How to visualize findings of qualitative research, and how to create empathy/ tell a user story using visualizing.
-- How to convey the importance of being user centric and not being afraid of the messy process that comes with it sometimes.

All of the games and exercises will result in great ideas that we will share with each other. I am looking forward to this as this is going to be a great fun!

18:00 - 19:00

Susanne (Purdy) Krogh-Hansen (https://www.linkedin.com/in/susannekroghhansen/) - the senior UX/Design Thinking consultant from Ørsted - will host a short (20 min) yet valuable demonstration of how she uses iPad and the app called Procreate to draw amazing visualizations.

After that - informal socializing, meeting new friends, sharing experiences and having fun.
