Voyagers Toastmaster explores the topic of homelessness in San Diego. Toastmaster, Joe Mitchell, will lead this special event with the goal of expanding our understanding in order to further support this complex issue.

Guest speaker, Harold Brown - Founder of the East County Transitional Living Center, will share about his own personal experiences with addiction, homelessness, and recovery. He will explain how ECTLC provides far more than shelter, food, and safety away from the streets as its proven programs focus on empowering the homeless community to get their lives back on track.

Date: July 11 - Time: 7:00 – 8:30 AM
Place: Friendship Hall at University Christian Church, 3900 Cleveland Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103

You're invited to join us for this event 👋 We are free and open to all in the community - snacks and coffee will be provided.

This special event is a great introduction to Toastmasters, the international non-profit organization known as the best place for public speaking and leadership training.
