Bring a headlamp and watch out for tree roots after November when the time changes. (pick up your feet while running on Glades) The runners have a 3 or 5 mile run. We will meet near the park benches and restrooms at the soccer field at a few minutes before 7:00 pm. The 3 mile out and back goes west on Palmetto, quick right turn on Ponderosa- to Glades - turn around at stop sign and back. The 5 mile loop continues on Glades (make a left) until it turns back to Palmetto Park. Bring a headlamp light if you have it. We will stretch afterwards at the entrance to the park!
