If we run together it makes the time and distance fly by!

WEBE Running's are all over the United Sates. Our mission is to nurture a sense of community and camaraderie within the club through running and social events; to offer opportunities for guidance, coaching, virtual support and information to members; and to promote the benefits of a healthy running/walking lifestyle for adults and children.

We encourage you to post your daily runs in order to offer others in the group a chance to join you and pick up additional runs while making new friends. We also hope to motivate each other to keep running on a regular basis. Although the group is not guided by a professional coach, we do have coached groups and training programs available, just ask!

Thursday Sunrise Run!

Panera Bread

Prefer mornings over afternoons? Join us for a 35-60 minute run starting at 6 am on Thursdays. Meet in the spacious parking lot by your car and bring a face covering for afterward just in case you want to chat with others. We run about 3-5 miles or more depending on pace and plans. There is a perfect 6 mile loop through the park. Any pace and any mileage is of course welcome. Normal route is to run out and back on Glades which can be a bit dark so bring a headlight just in case. There are longer park loops as well.

Long Run in the Park... Presented by The Nose & Sinus Institute of Boca Raton

Meet in the Mission Bay parking lot by your car between Panera and Duffy's in West Boca. Bring your own water and sports drink. Don't leave valuables in your car, put in your trunk or carry with you. There are water fountains in the park and restrooms in 3 miles .. After the run, we tend to gather at the outside area of Panera at the tables. Stretch, look at our watches, hydrate and get coffee or breakfast at Panera.

We have many routes and paces so typically no more than 2-3 run together. All levels are welcome, even if you just want to run or walk a few! Here is our basic 8.4 mile route. Out and back for shorter mileage Turn right at the waterpark and then Cain right and left on Glades for a perfect 6 loop. Bring your own water or sports drink and headlamp (if needed).. We meet in the parking lot between Panera and Duffy's in Mission Bay Plaza.

Bridge Repeats presented by Sports Chiropractic and Natural Health Solutions

We will meet in east side of the parking lot of the Spanish River library on Spanish River road. Please keep 6ft socially distanced and have a face covering for after run just in case.

We run over the Spanish RIver Bridge and back about 3-6 miles or more depending on pace and plans. Feel free to add on the lakes or run to the beach for your workout. Any pace and any mileage is of course welcome. There is a park across the street with restrooms if needed that opens at daybreak.

Dunkin'

Park in the lot north of Dunkin and meet at Dunkin. We go south on Lyons turn right on Glades to 441. Turn around and come back for a total of 4 miles. You can do more or less.
