For the time being log your miles with us and join our Strava club and event here: https://www.strava.com/clubs/webe-running-603936. Saturdays we have a longer run in West Boca. Perfect for Marathon or Half Marathon or Ultra training as well as any distance. All levels are welcome, even if you just want to run a few! Here is our basic 8.4 mile route. Out and back for shorter mileage. Coolers will be 2.3 miles from the start at the Park Entrance - east side attached to a light post in the grass. Bring your own water or sports drink and headlamp (if needed). We also have a 6 mile park loop option, or you can do an out and back. There are plenty of restrooms and water fountains in the park. For now we log our miles and join club event on the app Strava here https://www.strava.com/clubs/webe-running-603936. We will meet in east side of the parking lot of the Spanish River library on Spanish River road just off of Military Trail. We run over the Spanish RIver Bridge and back about 3-6 miles or more depending on pace and plans. Any pace and any mileage is of course welcome. There is a park across the street with restrooms if needed that opens at daybreak.

Typically, though the group breaks apart and chases the faster runner ahead of them around the loop. Bring a headlamp and watch out for tree roots after November when the time changes. (pick up your feet while running on Glades) The runners have a 3 or 5 mile run. We will meet near Ponderosa a few minutes before 7:00 pm. The 3 mile out and back goes west on Palmetto, quick right turn on Ponderosa- to Glades - turn around at stop sign and back. The 5 mile loop continues on Glades (make a left) until it turns back to Palmetto Park. Bring a headlamp light if you have it. You must stop and look both ways at all street crossings. We will stretch afterwards at the entrance to the park!

Join us for a 35-60 minute run starting at 6 am on Thursdays. We run about 3-5 miles or more depending on pace and plans. Any pace and any mileage is of course welcome. We usually run out and back on Glades which can be a bit dark so bring a headlight just in case.
