If we run together it makes the time and distance fly by!

WEBE Running's are all over the United Sates. Our mission is to nurture a sense of community and camaraderie within the club through running and social events; to offer opportunities for guidance, coaching, virtual support and information to members; and to promote the benefits of a healthy running/walking lifestyle for adults and children.

We encourage you to post your daily runs in order to offer others in the group a chance to join you and pick up additional runs while making new friends. We also hope to motivate each other to keep running on a regular basis. Although the group is not guided by a professional coach, we do have coached groups and training programs available, just ask!

7:00pm Monday Night Rabbit Run

Logger's Run Park

First off - anyone is welcome!!! Typically, though the group breaks apart and chases the faster runner ahead of them around the loop. Bring a headlamp and watch out for tree roots after November when the time changes. (pick up your feet while running on Glades) The runners have a 3 or 5 mile run. We will meet near the park benches and restrooms at the soccer field at a few minutes before 7:00 pm. The 3 mile out and back goes west on Palmetto, quick right turn on Ponderosa- to Glades - turn around at stop sign and back. The 5 mile loop continues on Glades (make a left) until it turns back to Palmetto Park. Bring a headlamp light if you have it. We will stretch afterwards at the entrance to the park!

Tuesday Training Run

NEW! There will be speed workouts available on this day or you can do the usual training run. If you are looking for a group of people to run with on Tuesday nights, we meet at the store at 5:30pm. The distance is any where from 3-5+ miles. We coach and motivate you to make your times faster and make the distance feel easier. So come on out and train with us! All levels and paces welcomed :)

Running Bootcamp - January Session!

Duffy's (Mission Bay Plaza, used to be TGIF's location)

Specific Exercises and Drill designed to make stronger, faster Runners! Dates for Nov. boot camp: Tues 11/6 Tues 11/13 No Class Thanksgiving Tuesday 11/27 $21 for all 3 sessions! (($14 for those that have a credit from October) Drop Ins may be announced after first week. Bring water and towel - Optional bring workout gloves. This is a coached workout with Coach Joe Falcone : All levels welcome- group will stick together as it is intervals and will stay in parking lot so if anyone needs to leave a bit early, that's an option. Need 8 to commit! Meet and be ready to workout at 5am sharp. On the first week bring check or cash for $21- to cover the series and come early enough to sign a waiver or Venmo Coach Joe: @Joe-Falcone-6. This is dirt cheap even if you miss a week! RSVP so we can see interest level. Coach Joe Falcone will do a warm up run and speed intervals and strength exercises to make you a better, stronger, faster athlete. Every workout will be a new challenge. Coach Joe is a multiple 100 mile race finisher, death racer, Extreme Obstacle Racer, Firefighter, Dad and WEBE Junior Coach and will get you in better shape while keeping you injury free.

Linton Bridge Run

Dunkin Donuts

Give yourself an extra 10 minutes if you have never been to a meetup location before. Meet at the Dunkin Donuts parking lot - we will run north to Linton then go east over the Linton Bridge and turnaround to do several bridge repeats. If you are running late, park at the Broken Egg Cafe and you will catch us going back and forth.
