What we're about

We are a family based group of everyday people. Kids are welcome on rides and I encourage bringing them on runs. They are our future and need to see the world in a different aspect like we do. Some of us are parents, retired, new riders, veteran riders, or friends of friends.

There is no gang or club vibe with us, just friends riding making new friends. We believe in supporting small businesses and communities. So we stop at various mom pop stores and off the beaten path businesses for food, ice cream, lunch, or fuel.

We have a bunch of different rides posted for this year with new ones popping up often. We encourage motorcycle riders of all skill levels to join us for our rides, but it is up to you to determine your own skill and comfort level for each ride. We will never push you to ride beyond your skill and comfort level.

We do meetings every several month or so in the greater Tacoma Washington area and although they are not mandatory, we like to see as many people there to share ideas and keep things fresh. We try to have the meetings around lunch time so more can make it.

We try to do rides every several weeks in the riding season and we now allow members to post rides on the site. This could be a last minute idea or planned upcoming ride others may want to ride with you on.

Our rides are usually around 10 bikes which makes for a smoother, faster ride, especially when we do stops for fuel and breaks. We are not speed demons and ride casual and comfortably on runs, this allows to enjoy the scenery and allows newer riders or people to feel more comfortable and safe. We are a happy nice social group of riders and we would like to see you at our next meet up.

Lastly, We have NO CLUB DUES, but appreciate donations at meetups or on our "pitch in" pink piggy bank on the left side of our home screen to cover costs of operating the website and any left over funds goes towards our group BBQ event(s)

14th Annual Mt St Helens Memorial Ride with Abate

Since we skipped going to Mt St Helen's for the End of Winter ride, I thought we could join this ride. I will meet you there, but if anyone wants to ride in a group down, post meeting pints and times in the comments. I plan to do a backroads route back up to Centralia. ~ Claudette "Diva" Details: https://www.facebook.com/events/2663069683936130/ This is the Mt St Helens Ride that usually takes place in mid-May. But as you know, COVID forced us to postpone the event. We in Elk Country Chapter are nothing if not stubborn, and we refused to cancel the event, only postpone it. So we will gather as usual at the Gateway Food & Fuel Shell at exit 49 & I-5 in Castle Rock. KSU 11AM. Since there are no fuel stops along the route, it is best to fuel up at the start point. All motorcycles and all riders are welcome. This is a family-friendly event.
