What we're about

We are a family based group of everyday people. Kids are welcome on rides and I encourage bringing them on runs. They are our future and need to see the world in a different aspect like we do. Some of us are parents, retired, new riders, veteran riders, or friends of friends.

There is no gang or club vibe with us, just friends riding making new friends. We believe in supporting small businesses and communities. So we stop at various mom pop stores and off the beaten path businesses for food, ice cream, lunch, or fuel.

We have a bunch of different rides posted for this year with new ones popping up often. We encourage motorcycle riders of all skill levels to join us for our rides, but it is up to you to determine your own skill and comfort level for each ride. We will never push you to ride beyond your skill and comfort level.

We do meetings every several month or so in the greater Tacoma Washington area and although they are not mandatory, we like to see as many people there to share ideas and keep things fresh. We try to have the meetings around lunch time so more can make it.

We try to do rides every several weeks in the riding season and we now allow members to post rides on the site. This could be a last minute idea or planned upcoming ride others may want to ride with you on.

Our rides are usually around 10 bikes which makes for a smoother, faster ride, especially when we do stops for fuel and breaks. We are not speed demons and ride casual and comfortably on runs, this allows to enjoy the scenery and allows newer riders or people to feel more comfortable and safe. We are a happy nice social group of riders and we would like to see you at our next meet up.

Lastly, We have NO CLUB DUES, but appreciate donations at meetups or on our "pitch in" pink piggy bank on the left side of our home screen to cover costs of operating the website and any left over funds goes towards our group BBQ event(s)

Annual Ride to Work Day

Location visible to members

Let's Go Green! Riding reduces our carbon footprint.

Let's raise public awareness of motorcycles as sensible transportation. Bikes are smaller then cars and take up less space on the highways, in parking lots and get way better mileage and definitely make your wallet feel better at the gas pumps.

Here is the Ride to Work Day website (http://www.ridetowork.org/?promo2) for interviews, stats and free propaganda.

Check out a Ride to Work video (https://mail.microsoft.com/owa/redir.aspx?C=bd82e0607d644043b6eca36bab1b2fed&URL=http%3a%2f%2flinks.namgclubs.net%2fctt%3fkn%3d25%26m%3d4445049%26r%3dNDMyODg3MjUxOAS2%26b%3d3%26j%3dMTU3NzE0MzE3S0%26mt%3d1%26rt%3d0).

Please pass the word on, the more bikes out there the better!

It also helps awareness of auto drivers to SEE motorcycles out there.

Take a stand in the most enjoyable way possible by joining over 150,000 riders who are riding their motorcycle to work on the third Monday in June.
