We hold our Meetups early enough to catch us after work, generally 6:15-8:00 pm. Light snacks provided. You are welcome to come even if late or you need to leave early.
Led by a skilled, 15-year Santa Cruz biofeedback practitioner, this enlightening 1.5 hour interaction provides an opportunity to understand the science behind results, ask questions and hear for yourself what’s possible based on the dramatic results of others. You may be able to experience some types of biofeedback during the evening, although results don't often show in one session.
You’ll have a reference point about how biofeedback and neurofeedback may help you. You come away with at least part of a solution to making a permanent change in YOUR behavior and YOUR life.
