Please join us when you welcome Dr. Rebecca Branda who will speak with us on: Marriage & ADHD: Focusing on your relationship

ADHD can contribute to, and exacerbate, marital problems, and research indicates that the divorce rate is twice as high for individuals with ADHD. Non-ADHD partners often feel misunderstood, frustrated, and unsupported by their partners, and individuals with ADHD often share these frustrations. This means that understanding the impact ADHD has on the marriage can help turn the relationship around and potentially avoid dissolution. During this presentation, we will discuss how both partners are affected by ADHD and discuss practical ways to manage these challenges to create a deeper connection and a stronger marriage.
