Many small business owners that provide one-on-one services to their clients - freelancers, consultants, advisers, coaches - think that to grow their client base they need more leads. But getting more clients - and great ones - requires more than just getting leads. You need a sales strategy.

In this workshop, Joanna will teach you how to design your sales strategy to get more, great clients. We’ll break down the steps of an effective “sales pipeline” for a one-on-one service business, and we’ll deep dive into a key piece of sales process: the consultation.

If you are a freelancer, consultant, advisor, or coach and you’re not turning at least 80% of your prospects into new clients, then this workshop is for you.

Bio: Joanna Sapir is a Business Consultant and Strategist that teaches small business owners who provide 1 on 1 services - like coaches, consultants, and wellness professionals - how to implement effective marketing, sales, and management systems so that their businesses runs smoothly, profitably and sustainably. She is also a competitive Olympic-style Weightlifter, mother of two teenaged boys, and the founder and former owner of Santa Rosa Strength and Conditioning, an athletic training facility she sold in 2017.
