WordPress Meetup: Writing accessible content

Details
The WordPress Helsinki meetup group aims to bring people of all skill levels together, from beginners to WordPress professionals.
This month, Sami Keijonen from Foxland (https://foxland.fi/) will come and share ideas about creating accessible content:
"Using accessible ready theme is a good start for creating accessible website. But plugins and your content can mess that up. In this meetup we explore how to write accessible content."
Sami’s talk will walk you through different content types, such as headings, links and media files, give you general tips and tricks on how to write better content and how to make it accessible to search engines and people with disabilities.
The talk will be more of an open discussion so you will be able to present your questions during the presentation. Drinks and snacks will be provided by Frantic (https://frantic.com/).
Agenda
17:15 – Doors open
17:30 – Opening words
17:40 – Writing accessible content / Sami Keijonen, Foxland
19:00 – Drinks & networking
The meetup will take place at SC5’s auditorium located on the 6th floor in Kamppi at Urho Kekkosen Katu 7B, 00100 Helsinki.
