What we’re about
This meetup is to support humans, who identify as women, female, girl or non-binary and to encourage discussions of the issues, attitudes and tactics we face daily in the technology industry. We seek for us to ally ourselves to good ethical behaviour and support each other as peers, role models and mentors. Those who identify as men are welcome to attend as supportive allies but the focus is on women and non-binary folk.
So basically, if you identify as wahine, you're welcome here. If you support wahine, you're welcome here.
Here is our Code of Conduct. Please familiarise yourself before attending a WIT-Wellington meetup event.
Please feel free to message us, especially if you have ideas and suggestions.
