What we're about
This group is for anyone who loves to be in midst of nature and enjoys walking as a way to connect to mother nature.
This group is for outdoor enthusiasts.
During Summers and till the weather permits, we meet every week - wednesday for a 30 min walk and a 15 min positive talk.
After the summers we meet at a location and practice various activities like - Yoga, Meditation, Tai-chi (with help of the experts) for 30 mins and then 15 mins of positive talks.
Most of us do not like walking alone so this is a beautiful way of connecting.
Lets get together for activities that help us connect with our inner self while having fun and enjoying togetherness.
