If you live in or near Epsom (Surrey) and you’re looking to improve your health & fitness, but want to take things slow then this is great place for you to start. (Ideal for fitness beginners and those who want to take it back to basics and start walking more).
During the walk I’ll discuss healthy living / exercise / eating habits with you and answer and fitness related questions you may have.
I am a qualified personal trainer and vegan health coach that loves to teach people about healthy living. Don’t worry, you’ll still get a lot of valuable info even if you’re not vegan, it’s all about getting you fitter/healthier and enjoying a nice walk in nature! Everyone is welcome!
Join me on most Sunday mornings (depending on weather and availability) for a 1 hour walk on Epsom Common. It may end up changing to other days on occasion so keep an eye out for new events :)
