This is a group for people who are interested in walking, beginner hiking,  biking, snowshoeing, skiing, bowling, dancing, networking, staying healthy, staying in shape, laughing, having fun, meeting new people,and travel.

Walking is good for controlling weight, arthritis, diabetes, depression, sleep problems, flexibility, longevity of life and more. Let's get together for an affordable activity and an activity that is great for your mind, body and soul. Anyone can join this group.
We request that people stay positive and please do not discuss politics.
