This group is for anyone that can use some perspective.
We all struggle from time to time. Whether it's about relationships, finances, looming decisions, feeling overwhelmed, goal setting, roommates, or just general everyday stress, there are times when we can use a listening ear. Even better, a life coach. I happen to be just that, and am told I'm pretty good at what I do.
I like to be active. I've found that walking and coaching fit nicely together. It can be an informal way to gain some forward motion (literally) on a problem that you're struggling with. Group coaching, in particular, can be helpful as it's very non-threatening. You can show up and be coached, or just walk and listen to others that choose to be. Either way, it can be helpful.
