What we're about

This group welcomes people who enjoy thinking, reading and sharing with like minded others, their experience of personal development and growth and some of the challenges they have faced. It can be used as a supportive resource in addition to therapy, meditation, yoga, mindfulness and other interventions or lifestyle choices to enable us to become our whole, fully functioning selves.

We will meet once a month and may focus on a specific issue in a session - exploring tools, resources and strategies to deal with that challenge or on other occasions we may have an 'open-mic' meeting where members can share more general experiences, their feelings and responses.
