Mace Warrior Fitness Class

Hello all you warriors out there!
It is our pleasure to introduce a new class to Maine Warrior Gym. This class is Mace fitness. A moderate intensity class designed to strength and condition. In this course you will learn to use a weighted mace to enhance body symmetry as well as gain endurance and well, strength! This class may say moderate intensity but you'll get back what you put in, so it's open to any level of fitness. From Advanced all the way to beginner.

We hope to see you every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 6:30.

Adult Bootcamp

Maine Warrior Gym is hosting a class to teach you how to train like an American Ninja Warrior. With our pro-rated obstacle and ninja course we have all the means necessary to train you to improve in the movements and skill set needed for that kind of competition. Fellow members have seen improvements as soon as a few weeks!
