Learn stick-fighting based fitness and self-defense drills that build mental, physical, and spiritual fitness along with the ability to fight and protect yourself and others with an improvised weapon.
Stick drills will be interspersed with knife defense, empty handed self-defense drills, and classes will end with a brief meditation. In addition, we will cover the basics of other self-defense and survival related topics--perhaps how to secure your home, how to escape a burning building, survival in an active shooter situation, or how to escape if you've been abducted.
The instructor is a former Army Special Forces soldier and a professional security consultant who cares about providing the highest caliber training to the public at the lowest cost possible in order to make the community safer as well as to encourage security, safety, fitness, and health best practices. This kind of training has never been available to the general public before the opening of Warrior Spirit Fitness.
