WHAT IS "WARRIOR SPIRIT FITNESS?" 

WARRIOR SPIRIT FITNESS is a fitness and self-defense program developed by former U.S. Special Operations soldiers. It's derived from ancient martial arts training practices, but it has been adapted to fit the needs of modern warriors. It's a workout program that's perfect for anyone who wants to SAVE TIME, BURN MORE CALORIES, and LEARN A BONAFIDE SELF-DEFENSE ART that's practiced by our nations most elite warriors. No gym equipment is required and it can be done anywhere--such as in a park, on the beach, in a parking garage, or on a beautiful scenic mountaintop. 

Our unique training is designed to CHALLENGE YOUR WILL, but more importantly it's designed to BUILD YOU UP WITHOUT INJURY! This training is the foundation of success in everything we do. It's the kind of fitness we're doing AFTER we've been selected to become a Special Operations soldier, made it all the way through our initial training (such as the Army Special forces "Q" course or Navy SEAL BUDs), served on a team, then been selected for an even more elite unit! It's designed to take the toughest, strongest, fastest, and smartest soldiers in the world and make them TOUGHER, STRONGER, FASTER, SMARTER, MORE HIGHLY SKILLED, and MORE ADAPTABLE.

The tools used to do this are the WARRIOR SPIRIT FITNESS stick fighting drills. They are derived from our own martial arts training--and they are the "preparation course" that prepares the mind, body, and spirit for our complete self-defense training program that turns an already elite warrior into the finest fighting machine in the modern world. The WARRIOR SPIRIT FITNESS drills combine the wisdom of trainers and athletes from the Olympic, professional sports, and martial arts communities with methods developed by the world’s most elite special operations units including U.S. Navy SEALs, U.S. Army Rangers, Special Forces Green Berets, and Tier-1 counter-terrorism units.
