In the past two decades, the ancient sport of Chinese Dragon Boating has proven effective in helping to restore upper body strength, range of motion, and in reducing the effects of lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. Teams have formed internationally to achieve physical and emotional strengthening and to compete in an exhilarating sport with other survivors.
