This is a group for anyone interested in Stress Relief, Stress Management, what causes stress and dealing with challenges effectively. Stress seems to be all around us in today’s world and learning to slow down and pause between the event that triggers stress and the action that follows is an invaluable skill that anyone can learn. I am planning on running some workshops (possibly a 2 hour workshop for £35) later in the year as I am a firm believer in living your best life and would like to help anyone struggling with stress.
