Collaboration and Version Control with Git - Workshop

This will be a 2-hour workshop on the use of Git and GitHub for collaboration and version control. It will be an interactive workshop so bring your laptop.

We will cover the following topics:

• Introduction to Git and GitHub
• Common Git actions
• Following a Git workflow (branching, merging, pull requests)

Please make sure you have Git installed (https://git-scm.com/) and also create an account on GitHub (http://github.com/).
