Join a cohousing neighborhood in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley!

Just 2 hours southwest of Washington D.C., we’re a multi-generational group building homes in Harrisonburg, Virginia, a small university city of ~54,000 people, nicknamed “The Friendly City”. It’s a great place to raise kids, with a dual language public school program available (half day taught in Spanish, half in English), the nationally acclaimed Shenandoah Valley Children’s Choir, and the rockin’ Explore More Children’s museum.
Our group is an artsy, sustainably-minded, social-justice oriented, garden-growing, fun-loving group of mostly introverts. Even so, we're looking forward to common meals, fire-pit chats, art parties, movie watching, lego building, plant-swapping and just chillin' on the front porches together. We’re planning to break ground this summer (2021) and start moving in 2022.
