This is a fitness group bringing together women from all walks of life to learn and train parkour. From balancing to climbing, jumping to landing, our parkour instructors help you rediscover movement in a creative, free, and safe way. We use objects seen in everyday life and turn them into opportunities, be it benches or handrails, to improve overall body awareness and fitness. Plus, it's a fun way to meet people and stay in shape!

This meetup is open to all levels, so invite your (lady)friends. Whether it's your first time trying parkour or if you've been training for years, we hope you'll find a challenge that suits you.
