Learn evidence-based prevention and protection tactics in this specialized training workshop hosted by JTR Jujutsu’s - Women’s Self-Defense (WSD) program. Our Women’s Active Self-Protection (W.A.S.P.) workshop teaches critical life-saving skills and is open to all women and girls ages 12 and older, at any level of fitness. Take control, assume personal responsibility, and prepare yourself against sexual assault, domestic violence, and acts of aggression. This unique workshop will deliver valuable information and effective tools.
