What we’re about

A low impact, walking group for people who want to start getting moving but don't want pass out from a 5-hour hike or a "kill me now" fitness class.

When it was set up, Water Walks in Tokyo did most of the walks from a book called "Water Walks: In the Suburbs of Tokyo"

We've just about covered those so we'll be branching out but try to keep with the theme of flat(ish), the way water runs. I'll try to keep the travelling time to about an hour from the Yamanote Line on a direct train and walking time 2-3 hours (plus any time for rests and sightseeing.

If you have any suggestions, I will be pleased to hear them.
