Unfortunately due to low numbers and the ever-changing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we will be cancelling Saturday's Light Painting Workshop.

We will be using the park as our canvas after sunset, starting with the Lion King Tree and working our way down to the river.

This workshop will be around 3 hours long.

Spinning LED light orbs and wire wool (weather dependent) and some new toys. A technical sheet will also be provided explaining long exposure photography.

We will start the evening with 20 minutes explaining the settings your camera should ideally be on and answering your questions.

We will meet at the Cassiobury Park Hub which is next to the Daisy in the Park Cafe.

If you are coming from Watford Metropolitan tube station then its a short walk to the park (5 - 10min) The map link shows the nearest location look for Daisy in the Park cafe which is next to the hub.

There is also car parking in the park which is free, follow the instructions in the carpark.

Equipment needed
DSLR camera or camera that can shoot in manual mode
(Your camera would need to be able to do 30sec exposure or more)
Tripod
Good footwear, the park will be muddy.
Torch
If you want to stand in shallow water to get good reflections then you would need some wellies.

Optional
Remote for your camera

It's all about having fun and learning new techniques, maximum of 20 people. This will be 3 hours long.
