Lots of smart people are talking about how Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence could be truly transformational for our lives, our societies and our businesses. As it happens, there is an age-old link between ML / AI and Graphs - in the sense that the graph data model is usually a great foundation for running algorithms that offer new insight and intelligence to our users. In this talk we will be outlining this at a high level, and provide some pointers as to where it could be used in real life.
Rik Van Bruggen is the regional vice-president for Neo Technology for the BeNeLux, France, UK, and Nordics. He has written two books about graph databases (Learning Neo4j and Learning Neo4j 3.X) and is a fond graph enthusiast for years - writing, blogging and podcasting about it whenever time permits. He has been working for startup companies for most of his career, and while he has a fond technical interest, but really is passionate about business - and about Belgian Beer.
