Firearms Simulator Social / Party
In case you have not joined our Firearms Simulator 101 Meetup, I wanted to invite you to an event we are hosting on Thursday. We only have a few spots left. Please do join our other Meetup if you are interested in Firearms related events. Paid participants will have the opportunity to hone their shooting skills using our state of the art firearms simulator, big screen, surround sound, immersive experience, and have some friendly competition. The fee is $15 for the whole event. Better yet, if you have a young person in your household ages 8-17, their first simulator event is free! Bring them along, it is safe and so much fun, you will not be aware that you are improving your skills and firearms safety awareness. SPACE IS LIMITED SO MAKE SURE YOU RESERVE A SPACE IN ADVANCE. Checking the "Attending" box on this Meetup site is NOT a reservation. Please send me a PM to reserve a space. What is a Dueling Tree Simulator Party? It is an informative, fun, safe, inexpensive way to practice shooting and learn the basics of competition. The main intent is to get some practice time in and have fun! 2 people shoot against each other at the same time. One shoots one side, one shoots the other. Whoever pushes the targets to the others' side first wins that round. Then we do new pairs until we come up with an overall winner. We will have several heats, as time allows. What to bring? Your self, bottled water, no food. No live ammo is allowed in the building during the tournament, if you are a tournament participant. Bring protective glasses. Even though we do not use live ammo, our gas recoil guns can sometimes release a rapid "off gas" and you need to protect your eyes. Do not hesitate to contact me with questions.

What we're about

Attention: If you are interested in firearms related events, please become a member of our new site called Virtual Firearms Training 101! We will be moving our firearms related Meetups to the new site instead of this one.

Something new and different is coming your way!

I love to do outdoors activities and my boyfriend cannot always do these things with me. So this is a great way where I can still get out, get my exercise and meet new people! This is not a singles group, but singles are welcome as long as you respect that a lot of us are not looking, lol.

I want to find low traffic places to bicycle in Wears Valley, but I do not know where to start and could use your help in finding them. In the meantime, there is the Townsend Project bicycle route. Did you ever want to do the Cades Cove loop early in the morning, but had no one else to go with? Me too! Let's do it!

My co-organizer often will post kayaking and hiking Meetups on this site. We are both getting over some physical setbacks right now, but we should be ready to start posting more hiking and kayaking Meetups in the spring.

Plugged in blues jams, and campfire sing alongs at local RV resorts. Are you interested?

Visit the "Pages" tab for details on how we will be running these events.
