+++ Which loadbalancer should I choose? - And why is the answer haproxy? (by Tim Windelschmidt) +++
This talk will be an overview of all/most the features haproxy has to offer for network engineers and also which things it doesn’t do.
We will talk about pitfalls, scaling, DDoS mitigation, API integration, ACLs and of course a bit of automation.

About Tim
Tim is working at Monogon SE as a Systems Engineer. In his free time he is mostly writing high performance tools in Go to create open source DDoS mitigation tools.

+++ Remote Mob Programming - At home but not alone (by Joshua Töpfer) +++
The whole team attends an online meeting and develops together. One person types the code, the others discuss it. Sounds unusual? That's Remote Mob Programming, an exciting way of working for distributed teams. Joshua Töpfer has been working full-time in a remote mob for over 3 years and wouldn't want to work any other way. In this talk, you'll learn what it's all about, what the pros and cons of this methodology are, and how you can find out if this methodology is something for your team.

About Joshua
Joshua Töpfer is a senior consultant at INNOQ. He has been working exclusively with the Remote Mob Programming methodology for over three years, developing distributed systems and web applications. He is one of the maintainers of mob.sh and regularly coaches teams that want to try Remote Mob Programming.
