Web Zürich October

Join us for the October meetup! We will have two short talks as well as chit-chat and drinks:

18:30 - 19:00
Arrival time with drinks and chat

19:00 - 19:20
From Car Mechanic to DevOps Engineer – Patrick Wolleb

Take you with me on my journey from transitioning from a trained car mechanic to becoming a seasoned software engineer

19:20 - 19:50
The challenges of frontend testing. How Cypress can help – Olga Skurativska

Let’s face it – frontend engineering is advanced sorcery. We have no time to worry whether our software is dead or alive. We need reliable testing strategies to avoid that nagging Schroedinger feeling. Luckily there are fantastic tools, that take care of the heavy lifting and let us focus on the things that are truly important - like centering things vertically.

19:50 onwards
More drinks & chat

We look forward to see you there!
